Richard Heinz, President of CNC Quality Bowling Parts, is well known to the industry from 25 years spent at a major northeastern parts supplier, the last ten years of which he was Chief Operating Officer. His responsibilities were for all facets of the company from product line development, marketing, sales, customer and vendor relations, and the day-to-day operations. There is nothing that did not cross his desk. If you do not know Richard, just ask your fellow Proprietors or Master Mechanics about him. You will find he is a man who is passionate about his industry and his industry colleagues. Richard made huge strides at his former company, however over the last few years he has seen a future where he could provide better service and higher quality parts to his friends and colleagues in the industry.
